Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to monitor vital signs and support remote cardiopulmonary rehab programs. You will conduct wellness checks, educate patients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care.

The role emphasizes remote patient monitoring, use of mobile health platforms, and participation in research initiatives to advance digital rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent; master's preferred.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in cardiopulmonary rehab.
• ACSM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, cardiovascular health, pulmonary conditions, exercise science, and rehab principles.
• Ability to interpret vital signs and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs daily and assess patient status.
• Respond to abnormal readings with wellness check calls.
• Communicate abnormal readings to care teams via calls/fax.
• Support remote monitoring and rehabilitation program participation.
• Educate patients and guide health decisions.
• Document encounters, vital signs, and billing notes accurately.
• Collaborate with clinicians and teams to maintain safety and standards.
• Support clinical studies and research initiatives.
• Improve workflows and patient engagement through tech.
• Follow standardized processes and maintain data quality.
• Demonstrate patient-first approach.
