Job summary

Lingraphica is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist for a temporary, remote role. You will obtain medical documentation from providers to complete sales and secure funding for Speech Generating Devices, communicating with SLPs, clients, and prescribers.

You will maintain accurate client records in HubSpot, support the post-trial pipeline, and ensure timely documentation while upholding HIPAA standards and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare.
• Experience with Adobe, Microsoft Suite, HubSpot, Zoom, and Slack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical documentation from providers to support sales and funding.
• Communicate with Speech Language Pathologists, Clients, Care Providers, and Prescribers.
• Maintain client records in HubSpot CRM.
• Support post-trial progression and timely documentation.
• Demonstrate urgency and ownership in the end-to-end sales process.
