• Experience with quality improvement theory and core measures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Audit and develop clinical documentation education for physicians and clinicians.
• Create documentation templates and use data to identify training needs.
• Maintain provider education library and track education metrics.
• Produce daily/weekly reports for stakeholders including executives.
• Mentor staff and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Support ongoing revenue cycle services and process improvements.
