Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience in industry or senior faculty in academia.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical medicine experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in drug development or biomedical research in academia.
• Demonstrated record of scientific scholarship and achievement.
• Proven track record in clinical medicine and background in biomedical research.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct clinical trials in oncology hematology from design to publication.
• Provide medical oversight and conduct of trials for investigational or marketed drugs.
• Analyze clinical findings to support safety, efficacy, and regulatory filings.
• Participate in internal/external research teams and business development assessments.
• Engage with cross-functional groups to manage clinical development projects.
