Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Health care company, is hiring a Remote Dietitian to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting, working with a collaborative team to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, remote work, and pay range of $30-$35 per hour. TN licensure is required to practice in the state where you operate. RDN or eligible status preferred.

Qualifications

• RDN or CD R exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical training encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable wellness for patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, policies, and facility protocols.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical excellence.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training.
