Requirements include RDN licensure and eligibility in the state of practice, with healthcare experience preferred. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules with a pay rate of $30 to $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• RDN licensure or eligible for licensure in practice state.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new grads with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply latest research in alignment with diet manual, policies, and protocols to ensure high-quality care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training.
