ELLKAY is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist to serve as the clinical SME for data archiving, legacy-system retirement, and clinical data migration initiatives. This client-facing role ensures historical patient information is preserved, accessible, and usable after migration.

Collaborating with Project Management, Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Engineering, QA, and Support, you will lead validation, testing, and client demonstrations, guiding projects from discovery through go-live and

Qualifications

Experience with hospital/health-system workflows.
Experience with EHRs, healthcare data migration, data conversion, interfaces, clinical informatics, or healthcare technology implementation.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and healthcare clients.

Responsabilités

Serve as the clinical SME for archive solution design, configuration, and clinical data-mapping decisions.
Review data mappings to preserve clinical meaning, context, chronology, and relationships.
Develop clinical validation plans and acceptance criteria for data migration and archive projects.
Lead client demonstrations, UAT, and validation activities; support go-live and stabilization.

Formation

Associate degree or higher in Nursing, Clinical Informatics, Health Information Management, or related field; or 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience
