Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to oversee data management activities across Phase I-III trials. The role ensures data quality, timelines, and budget adherence, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet trial milestones.

You will contribute to document development, lead data-related training, and support UAT/QC activities, while maintaining compliance with GCP and global regulations. Hybrid work options exist within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of data management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or related allied health certification preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems required.
• Experience with Oracle Inform EDC system preferred.
• Oncology and/or inflammatory therapeutic area experience preferred.
• Project management experience within Data Management preferred.
• Work history at a CRO or CRO management experience in data management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary data management representative on study teams.
• Communicate key data management metrics and actions with the study team.
• Review, develop and/or write trial documents and manuals (CRFs, Edit Checks, DMPs, eCRF guidelines).
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed.
• Participate in Quality Control (QC) as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Database Programmer(s) on data flow charts and import guidelines.
• Assist with training on CDM topics for sites or third-party vendors.
• Provide data review training to Senior Clinical Data Coordinators.
• Perform data review and discrepancy resolution.
• Archive trial documentation after completion.
• Ensure adherence to GCP and regulatory requirements.
