Faeth Therapeutics is a Nasdaq-listed clinical-stage oncology company seeking an experienced Clinical Data Manager to oversee data management across two active trials, with a Remote (U.S.) location. You will design, implement, and oversee data management processes and collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, medical, and external vendors to ensure high‑quality, reliable data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• 5–8 years of clinical data management experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO settings.
• Experience supporting early‑ to mid‑phase clinical trials (Phase 1–2 required).
• Hands‑on experience with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva, Oracle InForm).
• Strong understanding of clinical data standards (CDISC, SDTM).
• Experience managing CROs and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day data management activities for Phase 2 and Phase 1b trials.
• Oversee CRO and vendor data management deliverables for timelines and quality.
• Review CRFs/eCRFs, edit check specs, and data transfer specifications.
• Manage database build, UAT, and database lock activities.
• Ensure data integrity and cleaning; monitor query timelines.
• Collaborate with biostatistics on data standards and datasets.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Support inspections and audits.
