Job summary

Emmes is seeking an Associate Clinical Data Manager to support data management activities through the study lifecycle. You will work within a cross-functional team to ensure data completeness and accuracy in the electronic database, collaborating on data collection and data quality initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in clinical data management or related fields, with experience in CRF design, EMR/EDC data, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, clinical, science, technical, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in clinical data management or related clinical research roles.
• Experience assisting with CRF design, validation processes, and query resolution.
• Familiarity with EMR/EDC/external data and regulatory/SOP compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assists cross functional teams with data collection studies in an EDC system.
• Contributes to design and/or development of study CRFs (electronic or paper).
• Assists project teams in determining data collection requirements.
• Documents and resolves data management issues and questions.
• Reviews data validation processes and edit checks.
• Utilizes study data management documents and standards.
• Reviews data from EMR integration, EDC systems, or external sources.
• Participates in project and department meetings.
• Supports data quality audits and query resolution.
• Assists with EDC training, documentation, and user access.
