Responsibilities

Interpret and curate disease-specific data from patient test requisition forms and accompanying medical records and subsequently entering pertinent details into the database.
Interpret and enter clinical information for daily incoming cases across any specialty, from test requisition forms, attached medical records, pedigrees, or clinician communications; maintain updated clinical data records.
Other duties as assigned.
