Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles.
• Data integration and governance, translating complex data into insights for clinical/scientific audiences.
• Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments with clinicians, researchers, and engineers in regulated settings.
• Detail-oriented and rigorous with high scientific and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms.
• Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for research, clinical decision support, and precision medicine initiatives.
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs in healthcare contexts — assessing accuracy, clinical relevance, and scientific soundness.
• Collaborate across clinical, research, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and strategic coherence.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both scientific and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
