Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare data architecture or clinical informatics.
• Strong experience with OMOP, FHIR R4/R5, HL7 v2, CDA/CCD-A, or NCPDP.
• Advanced Python and SQL with hands-on data integration.
• Experience designing healthcare data architectures and integration solutions.

Responsabilités

• Architect FHIR-compliant clinical data models aligned with implementation guides and standards.
• Design data harmonization strategies for EHRs, HIEs, claims, and other sources.
• Develop FHIR-to-OMOP pipelines using dbt and SQL.
• Standardize healthcare data using SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, RxNorm.
• Create and manage custom value sets for clinical/research needs.
• Establish validation frameworks ensuring data quality and longitudinal integrity.
