Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead BI teams and shape data-driven AI training in healthcare. You will design dashboards, optimize data models, and translate clinical data into actionable insights for leadership and AI workflows.

The role is a fully remote hourly contract requiring 10–40 hours/week, with emphasis on reliability, communication, and domain expertise in clinical analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare analytics, BI, or healthcare data management.
• Ability to design and manage BI systems with dashboards, pipelines, and data models.
• Comfort working with clinical, operational, and admin datasets in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BI team designing dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decisions.
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure: data models, SQL queries, reporting pipelines for accuracy and performance.
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface trends and support leadership decisions.
• Translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Contribute domain knowledge to AI training workflows where healthcare knowledge affects output quality.
