Siemens Healthineers seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist to deliver clinical training for Varian Medical System equipment, onsite and remotely. The role includes leading training programs, developing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will travel extensively, meet vendor credentialing requirements, and support the oncology systems business with strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• ARRT-certified Radiation Therapist with clinical oncology knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75–100% and weekends.
• Ability to mentor and lead clinical training staff.
• Experience with remote training tools and LMS platforms.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical training to customers on-site and remotely for Varian Medical System equipment.
• Assist in managing customer expectations and product performance communications.
• Lead or coordinate training courses and large group sessions.
• Develop training materials, tips, guides, and quick-reference resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and customer relations.
