Job summary

Essentia Health in Duluth, MN seeks an analyst for inpatient clinical applications to analyze mid complexity projects and support EHR applications.

This role leads initiatives, develops educational programs for end users, and acts as liaison between customers and support staff. Remote option available; typical day starts at 8:00 AM.

Strong Epic inpatient apps certification preferred; bachelor’s in IS/Healthcare with 2+ years experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, Healthcare or related field
• Associates degree and 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare
• 6 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare

• Lead mid complexity projects and initiatives with staff
• Serve as liaison between customer and support staff to resolve issues
