• Precise written communication with structured feedback on issues and implications.
• Demonstrated ownership with independent execution at high volume.

Responsibilities

• Audit a high volume of clinical artifacts for accuracy and alignment with records and payer criteria.
• Apply evidence-based reasoning to complex cases and distinguish major errors from minor issues.
• Identify recurring error patterns and gaps; propose workflow improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to support clinical review while critiquing outputs and refining conclusions.
• Own the quality and timeliness of work from review to resolution.
