Zusammenfassung

Mindrift connects physicians with project-based AI evaluation tasks for leading tech companies. We are seeking actively practicing MDs/DOs with an active US medical license to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI project.

Contributors may work 10–20 hours per week during active phases, from anywhere, with no patient contact or malpractice exposure. Earnings are per approved task, at about $100/hr equivalent, with a $50 onboarding reward after the first production task is approved.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO with active US license (verified onboarding & monthly recheck).
• Board certification or residency completion with recent direct patient care (attending level preferred).
• Broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience across internal, family, emergency or hospital medicine.
• Strong written English (C1+) required.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes paired with questions, proposed answers, and trap options across multiple medical systems.
• Score clinical reasoning quality: vignette accuracy, completeness, and trap quality.
• Check reasoning chains, ensure conclusions derived from vignette facts, and write brief rationales.
• Work within three blind reads followed by physician adjudication in a project-based setup.
