Qualifications

• BS in medical or science or related field; MS/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience; substitution allowed for educational requirements.
• Knowledge of clinical research and related processes is required.
• Six Sigma training is preferred for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage local site operations and ensure performance against metrics.
• Lead Fortrea leadership initiatives and partner with clients to drive growth.
• Coordinate cross-site governance and align with TA leadership and contractual obligations.
