Verus Mortgage Capital in Bloomington, MN seeks a Client Training & Development Specialist to design, build, and scale a comprehensive training curriculum for Third-Party Origination partners. You will onboard new clients and empower internal teams, shaping our educational strategy and driving operational excellence across the lending network.

The role requires at least five years as a mortgage industry trainer, strong instructional design skills, and proven ability to deliver live webinars,

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as a mortgage industry trainer with live webinar design.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
• Experience applying instructional design best practices and e-learning tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; ability to present complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic training initiatives and materials to drive market share growth.
• Deliver live webinars and onboarding calls for TPO clients; facilitate sessions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Technology to update training resources and tools.
• Create instructional videos and robust quick-reference tools.
• Track training metrics and report findings to sales leadership.
• Oversee training administration including enrollment and attendance.
