Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shifts: 8:00AM-6:00PM EST, 11:00AM-8:00PM EST.
• Provide exceptional customer experience through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, ticketing).
• Answer inbound customer service and technical support inquiries.
• Use documentation and resources to resolve issues accurately.
• Maintain professionalism and tact in challenging situations.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer requests and payments.
• Identify trends and contribute to process improvements.
• Perform other related tasks to support the company’s success.
