Globe Life AO is hiring for a Remote Client Support Associate to assist individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits. This entry-level, work-from-home role requires no prior insurance experience and includes comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance.

You will connect with clients virtually, answer questions, guide them through options, and support enrollment with a focus on delivering an excellent remote client experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be physically located within the United States.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop.
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet.
• Have webcam and microphone capability.
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace.
• Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone.
• Be willing to complete required training.
• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting activities requiring a license.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments to address information requests.
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options clearly.
• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment and explain required documentation.
• Provide ongoing client support, including policy reviews and beneficiary updates.
• Maintain accurate digital client records and manage appointments and follow-ups.
