H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a Client Relationship Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the virtual tax service journey, ensuring a seamless, supportive, and high-quality client experience.

The CRS proactively manages communications, resolves service and technical concerns, documents interactions in Salesforce, and collaborates with Tax Advisors and cross-functional teams to drive satisfaction and retention in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or financial services.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients during the virtual tax service journey.
• Proactively manage client communications and set expectations.
• Resolve service and technical issues across internal teams.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Document all client interactions in Salesforce and other CRMs.
• Support engagement completion, including payments and forms.
• Promote client retention through a positive service experience.
