Job summary

Impact Clients is seeking a remote, full-time Client Success Coach to empower students in building online arbitrage businesses. You will conduct onboarding calls, daily check-ins, and ongoing coaching to drive success inside the program, with a strong emphasis on communication across meditation channels and client relationships.

Ideal candidates have experience in mentorship, can navigate Zoom or Loom for sessions, and are comfortable with tools like Loom, ActiveCampaign, Slack, and Calendly.

Qualifications

• Onboarding calls daily to welcome new students.
• 1:1 Zoom calls or Loom videos for coaching as needed.
• Daily messaging to keep clients accountable to their plan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding calls daily to welcome new students.
• Perform daily check-in coaching calls to motivate and guide.
• Message clients daily to keep them accountable to their action plan.
• Lead weekly group coaching calls to answer questions.
• Handle renewal/upgrade calls and enroll clients into programs.
• Provide daily reporting across channels (Slack, text, spreadsheets).
• Help innovate by creating new video trainings/worksheets.
