We are hiring a Remote Client Solutions & Support Coordinator to deliver exceptional client experiences across the support lifecycle and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, SLA adherence, and thorough documentation of solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review client requests, determine issues across platforms, and provide effective solutions.
• Promote client success by managing expectations and ensuring SLAs are met.
• Participate in weekly ticket prioritization and reviews for efficient handling.
• Contribute to knowledge base by documenting common issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate in internal and external meetings to clarify requests and drive resolutions.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager/Director.
