Job summary

Gibbons Engineering Group is seeking a Client Solutions Representative to work remotely, developing sales and client relationships in the life insurance and financial services space. This independent contractor role offers 100% performance-based compensation with no base salary, and potential earnings between $85,000 and $145,000 based on production.

You'll be providing solutions from 25+ carriers, leveraging leads and marketing resources, and receiving training and ongoing support to help

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Goal-oriented and willing to learn.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients who have requested information.
• Learn about clients’ needs, goals, and financial priorities.
• Explain available life insurance and living benefit options.
• Present solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Assist clients through the application process.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established compliance requirements.
