Job summary

The Mom Project is seeking a results-driven Operations Specialist to support client service and advisor workflows within a growing RIA environment. You will help manage accounts, process paperwork, and drive efficiency across custodians and vendors.

This remote, full-time role offers exposure to Schwab Advisor Center, GeoWealth, Wealthbox, and other fintech platforms while contributing to a high-touch client experience and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of client service or operations in an RIA environment.
• Strong familiarity with Schwab Advisor Center; Fidelity Wealthscape experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Wealthbox, GeoWealth, Microsoft Office, and fintech platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Enjoy improving processes and working remotely in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for day-to-day client service requests and support advisors with account administration.
• Process new accounts, transfers, money movement, distributions, and beneficiary updates.
• Manage operational workflows, document procedures, and drive efficiency as the firm grows.
• Coordinate with custodians and vendors to resolve issues and support implementations.
• Support quarterly billing and reporting by auditing fee schedules and resolving discrepancies.
• Uphold accurate records, ensure process consistency, and contribute to technology initiatives.
