Job summary

AO operates a 100% remote model in the United States and seeks ambitious entrants for Emerging Leadership Associates. You will learn client service, relationship building, benefits education, and leadership in a fully virtual environment with structured mentorship.

No prior insurance or leadership experience is required, and training and licensing support are provided to help you grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• No previous insurance or leadership experience required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be physically located within the United States.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have access to a computer or laptop and reliable high‑speed internet.
• Webcam and microphone capability.
• Willing to obtain the appropriate state insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments.
• Explain available supplemental benefit and coverage options.
• Assist clients through applications and enrollment.
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Build lasting relationships through trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
• Participate in weekly leadership development sessions.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced leaders.
