Job summary

ImpactAssets is seeking an Associate, Client Service (Temporary) to join the Operations team in a remote, full-time capacity. The role provides frontline support via phone and email, guiding clients through the portal and coordinating requests through the ticket system.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field and at least 3 years in investment client service or similar roles. Strong interpersonal and financial services knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field and 3+ years of investment client service experience.
• Experience in wealth management or financial advisory environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails, troubleshoot login issues, and guide clients through the portal.
• Coordinate requests in the ticketing system to resolve client inquiries.
• Document processes and provide back-up support for Donor Advised Fund (DAF) Operations and related tasks.
