Job summary

Expivia Interaction Marketing Group seeks an Appointment Scheduler (Work From Home). After mandatory in-person training at Expivia's main office in Erie, PA, you’ll transition to a permanent remote role coordinating client appointments for financial advisers.

You’ll communicate with clients by phone and email, confirm and manage calendars, and follow up to maintain engagement. Starting pay is $14.00–$15.50/hour with a raise after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, or sales is preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude and commitment to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with current clients of financial advisers by phone and email.
• Conduct scripted qualifying questions to understand client interest and needs.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage adviser appointments.
• Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and a positive experience.
• Keep adviser calendars organized and accurate.
