Job summary

Podean, a leading marketplace agency, seeks a Client Partner to manage top-tier clients and drive Walmart and broader marketplace strategies from a remote-first hub in the United States. You will oversee client relationships, craft strategic plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth.

The role requires 3+ years in eCommerce/retail media, agency experience, and strong communication skills to present to executives and guide junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in eCommerce, retail media, or marketplace marketing with hands-on expertise across advertising retail fundamentals and platform tools/programs.
• Experience in an agency environment with exposure to managing multiple client accounts.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships, align on business goals, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end—serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, lead meetings and presentations, manage expectations, and build trust.
• Drive marketplace strategy—develop annual brand strategies, marketing plans, and supply chain recommendations; identify upsell opportunities.
• Execute and manage cross-functional delivery—coordinate with media, retail, creative, and sales to ensure timely, quality projects.
• Own reporting, recaps, and action items; stay ahead of marketplace updates and translate opportunities into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to agency growth—support new business pitches, develop SOPs, and participate in onboarding and training sessions.
