Job summary

Via is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide clients through the onboarding journey and ensure a smooth transition into active relationships. The role is fully remote in the United States, with a base salary of $50,000–$65,000 per year plus performance bonuses and incentives.

You’ll receive structured training and join a collaborative team, working with Sales and other internal teams to drive client success and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident speaking with customers via phone or video.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple client conversations remotely is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide onboarding for new and prospective clients.
• Conduct onboarding calls to understand needs and goals.
• Explain services, processes and next steps clearly.
• Help prospects progress toward becoming active clients.
• Build positive relationships from the start of the customer journey.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation and follow-up activity.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM.
• Work with Sales and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding experience.
• Contribute ideas to improve messaging and processes.
