Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews with new clients

  • Collect and verify personal, insurance, and medical information

  • Input intake data into electronic health record (EHR) systems

  • Coordinate intake appointments and virtual assessments

  • Communicate with clinical and administrative staff for handoffs

  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant

  • Answer questions from patients or families regarding the intake process

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, healthcare, or data entry role

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
