Job summary

Greenberg Traurig (GT) in Phoenix seeks a Client Maintenance Specialist to uphold up-to-date client/matter data within financial and practice management systems. You will ensure billing integrity, rate structures, and client requirements to support seamless billing and compliance.

You will collaborate with attorneys, billing teams, and finance leadership, with onsite training and occasional travel. This role reports to the Director of Revenue Management and supports a fast-paced, deadline-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience; law firm or accounting/financial background preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office; willingness to learn AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Create client and matter records in the practice management system and ensure proper setup.
• Maintain billing addresses, contact info, and rate structures per client contracts.
• Update matter status and document relevant notes for billing accuracy.
• Input billing notes and client requirements; manage rate uploads and ALT fee agreements.
• Collaborate with billing and eBilling teams to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
• Record outside counsel guidelines and reflect client-specific instructions in notes.
