This role focuses on virtual client consultations, benefits education, and relationship building within a structured, team-supported environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Basic computer literacy and stable internet access
• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (support provided)

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Present and explain benefit options clearly and professionally
• Help clients understand and select appropriate coverage solutions
• Complete digital applications and documentation accurately
• Maintain ongoing client relationships through scheduled follow-ups
• Manage assigned appointments and client communications
• Work within a structured, team-supported environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
