You will work with clients who request information about benefits and coverage, conduct virtual consultations, assist with applications and policy updates, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be physically located in the United States.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Licensing guidance and onboarding are provided.
• Remote work requires a reliable internet connection, webcam, and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments.
• Schedule and confirm virtual consultations.
• Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage options.
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates.
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
