McCollister's is seeking a Class A driver to join our nationwide team as an Over the Road/Regional driver. You will plan and execute orders, ensuring safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability while carrying electronics commodities for McCollister’s and its members.

The role emphasizes delivering reliable service, maintaining accurate paperwork and order status, and collaborating with dispatchers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Commercial Class A license required with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate standard trucking equipment.
• Competent computer and tablet (iPad) skills; basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Effective communication at all organization levels and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute shipment plans within branch operations and United Van Lines scope.
• Manage workload to maximize efficiency and exceed customer expectations.
• Operate vehicle and equipment in the safest manner possible.
• Protect customer products and facilities.
• Identify significant customer service problems to dispatch for resolution.
• Maintain accurate order status for accountability.
• Supervise and train helpers.
• Vehicle operation and order status updating.
• Quality assurance and completing paperwork.
