Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a ClaimsXM Application Developer II for a remote, nationwide position. You will design, develop and maintain high‑quality software applications based on business and technical requirements, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate needs into technical solutions.

You will implement secure coding practices, review code for quality, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while staying current with technologies and best practices in software development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in C#/.NET for scalable, high‑performing apps.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
• 3+ years of SQL Server experience, including stored procedures and T‑SQL.
• Proficiency with front‑end technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript; frameworks like Angular/React.
• Experience with Git version control and NUnit unit testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with team-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality software applications based on requirements.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects, performance issues, and incidents promptly.
• Ensure applications comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement secure coding practices and assist with remediation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests and deployments.
• Create technical documentation including design docs and API specs.
