Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Claims staff and processing workflows, queue management and daily operations.
• Lead claims performance reviews and support process improvement efforts.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims within contract timeframes.
• Prepare and present regular reports on claims inventory and performance.
