The Role

Conduct research to determine the fair, local-market value for vehicles involved in a potential total loss using the Internet and our proprietary database. This position works closely with claim adjusters from top insurers and auto dealerships across the United States. This is a remote position. A desktop computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and headset will be provided. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour.

This opportunity requires no selling or collections, benefits available from day one, and promotional opportunities within 6 months dependent upon performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish fair market value of vehicles assisting insurers in claim settlement
  2. Update vehicle information and determine the availability and price of new or used vehicles
  3. Some outbound calling (non-sales related) required to automobile dealerships and adjusters
  4. Maintain relationships with dealers and claim adjusters
  5. Provide supplemental research as requested
  6. Adhere to attendance, production, quality, and other metric standards
Requirements:
  1. No prior call center experience is required, as we will train individuals who are willing to continue to learn and be developed
  2. High School Diploma
  3. 1-2 years prior customer-facing experience required
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Attention to detail
  6. Self-motivated
  7. Ability to multi-task with customer interactions and various applications
  8. Keyboarding and PC skills
  9. Possess a positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service
  10. Weekday schedule flexibility
  11. Career oriented
  12. Strong technical aptitude
  13. Ability to work independently
  14. Quiet and professional home work environment free of distractions
  15. High-speed internet connection (DSL or cable modem – non-cellular – with minimum speed of 25 mbps download and 15 mbps upload)
