Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Claims Program Manager based in the United States to oversee claims operations and manage relationships with TPAs, MGUs, and other partners within a specialty insurance environment.

You will lead a team of Program Management Specialists, coordinate audits, monitor performance, and collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, compliance, legal, and IT to improve processes and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years in Special Risk, Travel, and Travel Medical insurance.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program claims activities and develop the Program Management team.
• Maintain strong operational relationships with TPAs, MGUs, and partners.
• Coordinate client audits and monitor service quality and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, compliance, legal and IT teams.
• Lead continuous improvement and documentation of best practices.
