Conduent is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Claims Processing Clerk to support a fast-paced healthcare team. The role is fully remote, with a 4-week paid training program and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM starts, depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Typing test of 45 wpm or more is required.

• Adaptable and able to shift priorities quickly.
• Proficient with computers and data entry systems.
• Reliable internet connection required.
• Must have a dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Review emails and Microsoft Teams messages at the start of each shift
• Log into internal systems and begin processing claims as they come in
• Accurately enter and review data in a high-volume environment
• Monitor team chats and adjust workflow based on team needs
• Complete assigned tasks and meet productivity goals
• Follow scheduled breaks and lunch per company policy
