Job summary

New Paradigm Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Claims Intake Representative to support insurance and revenue cycle teams nationwide. You’ll review incoming claim documents, enter patient information, and route items to the right teams, all in a fully remote role.

Training and mentorship are provided as you learn claims software, HIPAA compliance, and payer rules while contributing to accurate, timely processing.
