Erie Insurance’s Lexington branch is seeking a Zone Operations claims professional who will settle first-party and liability auto and property claims within authority, with a remote-friendly setup and proximity to the Lexington office.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; related claims handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
• Pursuit of general insurance education preferred.
• Obtain appropriate licenses within 45 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Processes first party automobile, third party liability automobile and property claims within limits of authority.
• Establishes contact with all parties involved in the claim.
• Handles inquiries from policyholders, agents, insurers and claimants.
• Enters loss information into claims system.
