Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare claims experience.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with automated/integrated claim adjudication systems.
• Understanding of health insurance benefits administration in a self-funded environment.

Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting issues and identify root causes.
• Work with end-users to define business needs and ensure implementations meet requirements.
• Develop and maintain advanced reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and insights.
• Create process flows for new initiatives and existing processes.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams and vendors.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly operational reports to identify trends and insights.
• Articulate business requirements and facilitate solution brainstorming.
• Participate in claims testing for new tech, vendors, and processes.
• Keep abreast of vendor enhancements and integration needs.
• Collaborate with SME on functionality and vendor liaison.
