Ideal candidates have 9+ years of BA experience in healthcare, Medicaid/Medicare exposure, and strong Excel data analysis skills. Remote US work with travel may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of Business Analyst experience in healthcare.
• Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel for quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, design, document and recommend improvements to business processes.
• Bridge between clients, project managers and technical staff to define requirements and impact with data/process models.
• Create, execute or analyze test scenarios to verify client requirements are built into system design.
• Ensure that the intent of change is carried out through every project phase via technical reviews.
