CMR is seeking an entry-level, fully remote Claims Adjuster to investigate and resolve damage claims for utility-related incidents. No insurance adjusting experience is required; we provide training and support to help you grow.

Base pay starts at $15/hour for the first 90 days or $12/hour thereafter, plus monthly bonuses. This role emphasizes accurate data entry, timely responses, and customer interactions in a call-center environment, with opportunities to obtain an insurance adjuster license.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and punctuality required in a call center setting.
• Accurate data review and data entry skills are essential.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented work ethic.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High-speed internet service required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims issues and provide information to damagers and insurers.
• Negotiate settlements with damagers and insurance companies as applicable.
• Review claim information and gather reference material for the file.
• Determine liability through evidence review and data gathering.
• Dispute resolution and respond to objections.
• Data entry into claims systems and tracking of fees.
