Sedgwick, a global leader in risk and claims administration, seeks a Claims Adjuster to analyze mid-level property damage liability claims and determine benefits due. This remote CO role focuses on accurate adjudication, subrogation where applicable, and timely settlements in line with company standards.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), four years of claims management experience, and CO licensing knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business is a plus.
• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages mid-level property damage liability claims; gathers information, assigns reserves, and settles claims.
• Assesses liability and resolves claims within evaluation.
• Approves and processes assigned claims, determines benefits due, and manages the action plan.
• Manages subrogation and negotiates settlements.
• Communicates claim actions with claimants and clients.
• Ensures proper documentation and coding of claims.
