Responsibilities

• Manages mid-level property damage liability claims by gathering information to determine liability exposure and reserves; processes payments and settlements.
• Assesses liability and resolves claims within evaluation.
• Approves and processes assigned claims, determines benefits due, and manages action plans.
• Manages subrogation of claims and negotiates settlements.
• Communicates claim actions with claimants and clients; ensures proper documentation and coding of claims.
