Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Claims Adjuster or similar role in insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and assess insurance claims to determine liability and coverage.
• Interview policyholders, witnesses, and other parties to gather information.
• Evaluate and document evidence related to the claim.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports and recommendations to the claims manager.
• Negotiate with clients, attorneys, and other third parties to resolve claims.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
